If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Parcels may take 3 or more business days to be shipped, excluding public holidays. We are unable to make any changes to
orders once they have been placed. Delivery will generally take 7 - 10 days. If your parcel has not arrived in this time-frame please contact us and we will sort it out for you.

Please be aware, we are unable to deliver to P.O boxes, Parcel Lockers, or leave any of our goods at the Post Office. If you want your parcel left somewhere specific, please tell us in the "Comments" section in Step 5 of the Checkout. If this section of the checkout is not filled in, the system will mark the parcel as "Leave in safe place out of sight if not home".
Any orders placed that are being paid by Bank Deposit, must be paid for in a two
week time period from the date the order has been placed. If an order is awaiting
payment longer than the two week time period, the order will be cancelled.
